DESIGN WITH THE BOTTOM LINE IN MIND

We take a wholistic approach when starting a design. The primary consideration for our architecture and interior design team is you, our client. We want to understand your financial goals and priorities when it comes to the function, flow, aesthetic and level of finish for your project. A second key consideration is your lot and its context–views, orientation, and neighboring properties play a major role when laying out the initial design of your project.

In our Feasibility Phase, after surveying, we analyze the lot and account for any views, zoning codes, lot complexities and restrictions. At this point, we conduct a footprint study to show our clients the initial site plan for their project. This becomes the primary roadmap for our team to begin drawing your project.

After taking a deeper look into the vision and concept of the home during these initial phases, we move into Schematic Design. During this phase you will start to see your project take shape through the presentation of floor plans and 3D digital models. (If you opt for a templated design, this process will move quicker and require less involvement from our investor clients.) Throughout Schematic Design, our designers will keep the goals for your project in mind, designing a home with a signature Work Shop aesthetic while keeping you informed of progress along the way.
